Practical follow-through for your clients with ADHD
Many clients leave an assessment or appointment with clear recommendations, but find it hard to turn them into daily routines. Coaching offers practical, goal-focused support alongside your care, and refers back whenever clinical, therapeutic, or educational needs come up.
Who I work with
Currently waitlist only. Adults (including professionals and entrepreneurs), parents, and young adults. Coaching for teens aged 12–17 and children aged 6–11 is coming soon, with parents involved for under-18s.
What coaching covers
Preparing for an assessment and making sense of the results; turning recommendations into daily routines; organisation, focus, and time management; getting started and following through; work, study, and business goals; communication and routines at home; and preparing questions for follow-up appointments.
What coaching doesn't cover
Diagnosis or assessment, therapy or couples therapy, medication advice, tutoring, or legal representation.
Working alongside your care
With the client's consent, I keep you informed, and I refer clients back to you, or to another qualified professional, whenever clinical, therapy, or medication questions come up.
How referrals work
- IntroductionThe client or family contacts me directly, or you introduce us with their permission.
- Fit checkA free discovery call checks whether coaching is a good fit.
- Consent-based updatesWith written consent, brief updates on goals and progress (never clinical interpretations).
- Referral backWhenever needs go beyond coaching.
There are no referral fees, and clients always choose their own providers.
