Coaching waitlist open. I'm not taking on new coaching clients or workshop bookings right now. You can still take a free quiz, browse free resources, join the waitlist, or work with me on writing, media, and speaking.

Six clear steps, no surprises

  1. Get in touchJoin the waitlist through the waitlist form, by email or on WhatsApp. Tell me as much or as little as you like. I'll reply within two business days.
  2. A short welcome formI'll send you a few quick questions about what's going on and what you'd like help with. It takes about five minutes, and it means our call can focus on you rather than on the basics. Skip anything you'd rather talk through.
  3. Free 20-minute discovery callOnline or by phone. We talk about what you'd like help with and whether coaching is the right fit. If something else would serve you better, I'll tell you. There's no pressure to book anything.
  4. A clear agreementIf you'd like to go ahead, I'll send a written agreement covering your package, what's included, the rate, and what's shared and with whom. Coaching starts once you're happy with it.
  5. Your first session: setting your directionWe explore what you want to work on, how you'd like to work together, and how you'll know it's helping. That becomes your plan, and you can change it whenever your needs change.
  6. Sessions, check-ins, and reviewEach session ends with a short written recap, and there's one brief check-in a week between sessions. Halfway through, we look at the plan together and adjust it if needed. At the end, we review what helped and what's still hard. Then you choose whether to finish, take a break, or keep going.

Where sessions happen: online, at your home, or in a booked private room in Dubai, whichever suits you.

Practical details

  • Where: online, at your home, or in a booked private room in Dubai
  • How often: usually every week or two; we review progress together before agreeing further sessions
  • Between sessions: one brief check-in a week through an agreed channel; replies within two business days during working hours
  • Emergencies: messages aren't monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call 999.
  • Rescheduling: at least 24 hours' notice. Full terms, including refunds and options to pause or stop, are explained before you pay.
  • Extra work: anything beyond your package, such as a school meeting, is quoted in writing first
  • Outside Dubai: often possible online; I check your location and any local requirements before booking

Your privacy and safety

  • Confidential: what we discuss stays between us, within limits agreed at the start.
  • Safety first: if I'm worried about someone's safety, or the law requires it, I follow a clear safeguarding policy.
  • Young people's voice: teens agree to take part and help decide what parents hear. Paying for coaching doesn't automatically give access to private session content.
  • Notes and recordings: I have ADHD too, so I take notes and, with your permission, record sessions to keep track of your goals. Recordings are stored securely, never shared, and deleted after an agreed period.
  • Your information: handled in line with UAE data protection law. You can ask to see, correct, or remove it at any time.

If coaching isn't the right fit

Coaching works alongside any medical, therapy, or school support you already have. If another kind of support would help more at any point, I'll tell you and suggest options from my network of trusted professionals. We'll agree what happens next, including a refund for unused sessions.
