Coaching waitlist open. I'm not taking on new coaching clients or workshop bookings right now. You can still take a free quiz, browse free resources, join the waitlist, or work with me on writing, media, and speaking.

Help shape what comes next

I'm talking to parents, young adults, adults, teachers, clinicians, and other professionals about what really helps with ADHD and executive function day to day. What you share shapes which services I offer and how they work.

About 8–10 minutes

The online survey

One link for everyone, and it works on your phone. The first question asks who you're answering as and takes you to your own set of questions, so you only see what applies to you. Most questions are tick boxes, with room to add your own words.

20–30 minutes

A relaxed conversation

Online or over coffee, with no sales pitch. I'll ask about what's hard, what's helped, and what hasn't, and there are no right or wrong answers.

Who can take part

Parents and caregivers

Of a child with ADHD or suspected ADHD: what comes up at home, what you've tried, and what kind of support you'd want.

Young adults (18–24)

Studies, a first job, or living independently: what gets in the way and what would make coaching worth it.

Adults (25+)

Work, home, and everything in between: what gets in the way, what you've tried, and what would help.

Teachers and school staff

Where students struggle most, where the gap between school and home is, and what would (and wouldn't) help from an outside coach.

Clinicians

The non-medical difficulties clients raise after diagnosis, and what you'd need to know before referring to a coach.

Other professionals

Tutors, university support, HR and managers, sports coaches, and activity leaders: where people struggle and what helps.

How your information is used

I collect these answers to understand what people need and to shape my coaching services. Only I can see them, and I won't use your name in anything I share.

Contact details are always optional. If you'd like to hear about coaching places, receive occasional news, or be asked a follow-up question, you can leave your details in a separate short form, so they're stored apart from your answers and used only for what you ticked.

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or remove your information, and I'll respond in line with UAE data protection law.

One request

Please answer about your own experience, in general terms. Don't name or describe other individuals, such as a specific child, student, colleague, or clinician.

Thank you. Every answer helps make this support fit the people it's for.
