Clear terms, no surprises
These terms cover your use of this website and the main points of working with me. Before any paid work starts, you'll receive a written agreement with the full details, and we'll go through it together.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
This website and these services are provided by Andrea Antal, trading as Andrea Antal ADHD & Executive Function Coaching, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“I”, “me”). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If they differ from your signed agreement, your signed agreement applies.
2. Using this website
The information on this website is general and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It doesn't replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. This website and my messaging channels aren't monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call 999.
3. What coaching is, and isn't
Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical service. You choose your goals; I use questions, reflection, and practical planning to help you build routines and strategies, try them, and review what helps. Coaching isn't diagnosis, assessment, therapy, counselling, medical or medication advice, tutoring, or legal advice, and no particular result can be guaranteed. Coaching works alongside any medical, therapy, or school support you already have.
4. Booking
Every service starts with a free discovery call. If we decide to work together, I'll send a written agreement setting out the package, sessions, dates, fee, and payment terms. Coaching starts once the agreement is signed and payment is received as agreed.
5. Fees and payment
Packages are described on the packages page, and rates are confirmed in writing before you book. Packages are paid in full before the first session unless we agree instalments in writing. Online sessions and room hire in Dubai are included. Home visits may carry a travel charge, which I'll quote before booking. Any VAT is shown clearly before you pay. Fees for groups, schools, workplaces, talks, and writing are agreed in a written proposal.
6. Rescheduling and cancellations
- Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Later cancellations or missed sessions may count as used, with reasonable consideration for illness and emergencies.
- If I need to cancel, I'll reschedule or refund that session.
- Sessions should be used within the period set out in your agreement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Ending coaching and refunds
Either of us can end the agreement by giving written notice. Unused sessions are refunded at the per-session value in your agreement; completed sessions aren't refunded. If it becomes clear that another kind of support would serve you better, I'll explain why and suggest options, and we'll agree together whether to pause, adapt, or end coaching, with a refund for unused sessions.
8. Young people under 18
Coaching for anyone under 18 needs written consent from a parent or guardian with legal authority, and the young person's own agreement. They can ask to pause or stop at any time. What parents will hear is agreed at the start; details are in the teen addendum to the coaching agreement.
9. Confidentiality
What we discuss is confidential, except where there's a risk of serious harm to you or others, where the law requires disclosure, or where you give written permission to share specific information. How I handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Contact between sessions
Your package includes the check-ins described in your agreement. I reply to messages within two business days. Messages aren't monitored for emergencies.
11. Workshops, talks, writing, and media
For schools, workplaces, events, publications, and other organisations, the scope, fee, dates, cancellation terms and, for written work, usage rights are agreed in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
12. Survey and research
Taking part in the survey or a research conversation is voluntary, unpaid, and separate from coaching. It never affects whether or how you can access my services.
13. Content and materials
The content on this website and any resources I share with you are mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to use them for your own, personal use. Please ask before copying, sharing, or publishing them.
14. Responsibility
I'll provide my services with reasonable care and skill and within the scope of coaching. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the extent permitted by UAE law, I'm not responsible for indirect losses, and my total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under UAE law.
15. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are for convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
16. Concerns and complaints
If something isn't right, please tell me at andreaeantal@gmail.com. I'll acknowledge your message within two business days and aim to resolve it within ten.
17. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don't affect agreements already signed.
