Room to be heard and make your own choices
Coming soon
I'm completing the training I need before coaching under-18s, so teen coaching isn't open yet. You're welcome to register your interest, and I'll let you know as soon as it opens. In the meantime, you can join the waitlist for parent coaching, which can help you support your teen at home.
School, friendships, family expectations, and decisions about the future can pull you in different directions. You may have plenty of people offering advice and still feel unsure about what works for you.
Coaching gives you time to explore your own perspective. What matters to you? What feels difficult? What would you like to be different? I listen, ask questions, and reflect back what I notice. Together, we can explore patterns, question assumptions, and find a next step that feels worth trying.
Start with something that matters to you
You might want more independence, less last-minute schoolwork, or a better way to communicate when you feel misunderstood. Together, we can explore how to:
- Recognise your strengths and interests
- Understand what makes tasks easier or harder to begin
- Find planning and organisational approaches you will actually use
- Make decisions about competing priorities
- Think through friendships and everyday disagreements
- Practise asking for what you need
- Set goals that feel personally meaningful
- Learn from setbacks without letting them define you
Your voice shapes the process
You have a say in what we focus on and which ideas you try. If something doesn't work, we get curious about why and use that information to decide what comes next. A setback is information, not a verdict on you.
